Located in North Rocks NSW, Semac Projects is a 100% Australian owned company and we strive to provide a premium service from concept to completion. With over 40 years combined experience in the fields of design, manufacture and installation, we have the capacity to take on your project irrespective of the scale or complexity. We aim to deliver all projects safely, on time and to the highest possible quality standards. All of our work is guaranteed and complies with Australian standards and applicable codes of practice for the manufacturing and construction industries.
Our Process
We will provide assistance throughout all stages of the project including tender, conceptual design, final design and of course delivery. Our expert CAD drafters will prepare detailed shop drawings for your approval prior to any work commencing to ensure you receive the perfect product. All of our installations are fully site measured by our experienced project managers to ensure a perfect fit every time.
Estimation
Our experienced estimation team will tailor your quotation through consultation to ensure your vision is fully understood and captured in our offer.
Design Drafting
Our specialised drafting team will prepare professional conceptual and final shop drawings as part of our complete service. We strive to take on board all client feedback to facilitate the final design.
Fabrication
Your product will be crafted by experienced tradesmen with the finest attention to detail. We will then send your product to be coated (for example, powdercoated or anodised) in your chosen colour through one of our many finishing partners.
Installation
Your product will be installed by our experienced installation crew to the highest quality whist ensuring all site safety and protocols are followed at all times.
